Welcome to the main building on our property! The Telico Gin, originally built in May 1940, was brought into the 21st century with all the modern amenities. Our goal is to make your event as enjoyable as possible. Check out the details below.

The gin's interior can hold anywhere from 200-225 guests comfortably!

The Telico Gin supplies seating for 250 along with tables. Our chairs are classic white garden chairs and look great for all occasions.

The gin has central heat and air conditioning. There are also ceiling fans located throughout the building.

The balcony area in the gin serves as a versatile space to fit your need. It has been used as a bridal changing room, a stage for the band/DJ, or extra seating.
