About Us
The Telico Gin was built in May 1940 in Telico, Texas. This historic cotton gin offered service to the surrounding area for decades. In 2014 a dream turned into reality when James and Connie Trojacek purchased the property and began working to create the ultimate event center. The gin has so much character and offers a new, charming venue for any event!

In 2017, the "Seed Barn" was remolded and is now an amazing addition to the property! This building is the perfect place for your wedding ceremony, showers, smaller gatherings, and birthday parties.

Where do I begin... I have never felt so much kindness, warmth and compassion as I did with you two. You two are incredible people. My favorite part of my wedding was all the guests gushing on the venue and how perfect it was. The hard work you two have put into the venue did not go unnoticed. It's stunning!!!!
